COVID-19 Response

The safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers is our priority. We continue to follow the Government’s public health orders, recommendations and guidelines concerning COVID-19 safety.
In line with the NSW Government’s Public Health Order, it is essential you are familiar with the measures in place and adhere to the COVID conditions of entry during your visit.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
Our staff are fully vaccinated. Staff members who are unwell, no matter how mild the symptoms, will be required to undergo COVID testing. They will not be permitted to return to work until they have received a negative result. If you or your child shows any symptoms, please don’t attend your class.
In line with Government regulations, for the time being, all visitors and swimmers over 16 must show evidence that they are fully vaccinated or exempt.
Staff, customers & children over 12 must wear a mask indoors unless undergoing a lesson.
We ask you to arrive as close to your lesson as possible and no earlier than 10 minutes beforehand.
BE COVID SAFE
QR Check-In & showing reception staff is Mandatory.
Be ready to show evidence of your vaccination status.
Staff have completed the Government’s COVID-19 Infection Control training.
LIMITING NUMBERS
Please just one carer per family inside the centre where possible.
If possible, we request that non-swimming siblings do not attend.
We encourage you to arrive ready for lessons and ‘wrap and go’ to limit numbers in the change rooms.
HYGENE
The centre & equipment will be sanitised and wiped down during the day and undergo deep cleaned each evening.
Please use the hand sanitiser around the centre on entry and exit.
Anti-Bacterial wipes will be available for baby change stations
LASTLY
We will continue to offer make up lessons to allow customers to stay at home if unwell.
